Overview of the Incident: During the events of the described shift a group of visitors afterwards being revealed to be members of the Tarwa Conglomerate were granted docking clearance by Izwaek Akwza, during their rest in the Horizon's public areas Surgeon Emmanuel Sanders seems to have been disturbed by their presence on board due to pre-existing specist/racist opinions and biases. As the transcript describes, Sanders was harassing the visitors and has produced a molotov cocktail made from a vodka bottle and infused with Phoron likely harvested from three cans of Phoron Punch that was recovered by Officer Ahari Zerikanh later during the shift. Sanders, Glande and Akwza all returned to their quarters before my arrival to the residential decks, and their status as involved personnel was provided by Havoc G3.486F726.

Submitted Evidence: A picture of three empty cans of Phoron Punch is present, a transcript that was the starting point for the investigation, as well as a picture of a molotov cocktail, with phoron inside.

They firssst assked uss if we were protecting the planet, ass they intended to land there for an unknown purposssse they did not dissclossse."

I met them there with the meat in quesssstion, and after a brief introduction, we conducted the exchange. I even have the creditssss here."
