Dear colleagues, a long year soon comes to an end. You all have distinguished yourself with diligent service. Many more years will come and that is why Human Resources decided that every single one of you (who is not on duty at the denoted date) deserves a break. A much needed evening of respite, a moment to relax, a day to forget the hardship that comes with your duties. In a luxurious enviroment, of course.
That is why we invite everyone to this year's corporate sponsored Halloween party:

WHEN? 28th of October, 2465.
WHERE? The Infinity Reach Towers Top Floors: Twin skyscrapers hotel/entertainment hub, 150 stories tall and located on Xanu Prime, in the city of Nouvelle-Rochelle, near the city center.
WHAT? The rooftops of both sky-scrapers have been booked for YOUR leisure. There is a wide variety of activities to enjoy yourself and relax:

 

This includes the following, fully booked and accessible hotspots:

• A fully stocked, self-service bar for all your (non) alcoholic needs. Drinks flatrate included.
• A fully stocked, self-service kitchen, with a pre-stocked pantry. You can either feast on the provided food or make your own in lightning speed! Food flatrate included.
• An accessible recreational park, for relaxing with a million dollar view.
• The dance floors of the "Ethereal Nexus Lounge" rooftop dance club. It may not have a live performance but the tunes are just as good!
• A fully propped up haunted house for your dose of scares!
• A sky bridge, connecting both rooftops with enough places to contemplate life, with a drink and an unforgettable view and atmosphere!
• A fully stocked costume-room! Enjoy dressing up as your favourite characters this day!

 

We have also taken the liberty to book a variety of different rooms in the tower's hotel floors, for anyone wishing to stay overnight. The rooms are allocated, depending on your occupation, but can be upgraded in different ways (upgrading expenses not included and have been paid yourself, room service also not included). Relax, enjoy and unwind this evening on (mostly) our expenses. Both the north and the south tower have rooms available.

During the evening, we will also host a team from the XNS (Xanan News Service) as our guests, who will show a little bit of our party and interview willing crewmembers! Please be friendly and welcoming to them!
