He rather save on the chopshop costs.

There is no resale value in the pieces themselves. As for the plasma, let me know where you want the money. And does that include the guaranteed future supply?

As for the drop off, he knows of a few Warehouses in Biesel that can be used as a drop off point, he'll give you the address on a more secure network.
