Bear Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Quote TO: Karl Voigt, SCCV Horizon FROM: Human Resources, AMS, SCCV Horizon SUBJECT: RE: Incident Report -------------------- BODY: This is an automated message to inform your report has been reviewed. After consulting with the corporate legal team, and presenting the evidence provided in this report, it has been determined by the experts the case is not solid enough to pursue further investigation. Reasons provided were as follows: The glove fibers are considered one of the most common aboard the vessel. The door in which fibers were lifted is considered a high traffic area. There is only one witness who happens to also be the victim that can correlate the reported's presence in the general area around the time and no others who directly witnessed the events or can also correlate these events. While the evidence listed does leave eyebrows raised at someone's behaviour aboard the Horizon, we're afraid that the case leaves plenty of holes within the timeline. Considering this, it has been determined it is not in the company's interest to continue to pursue the matter further at this time. Have a Happy New Year. -------------------- DTG: 29-15:30-TAU CETI STANDARD-12-2465 SIGN: AMS
