Overview of the Incident: 

This is a general query from General Gi Seungri's staff office, on behalf of the General himself.

The assault on the Xiangtong warehouse was a critical mission that may determine the fate of our planet, if miscalculated or failed, could have doomed us all. It is with this report that General Gi Seungri would like to know why the Stellar Corporate Conglomerate's away team substantially delayed their assault on the warehouse. Recon craft 'Cockatoo' circling overhead viewed inaction for a prolonged period of time, as the delay lengthened, the Eunha AWACS gained reports that the hivebot beacon was increasing in power, projecting its signal farther and drawing more rampant civilians to the area of operation. This increase in rampant civilians put additional stress on already stressed lines, causing a significant portion of these rampant individuals to break past the KAF perimeter in to the Horizon Crew's operation. Cockatoo attempted to warn the Horizon's force that they needed to eliminate the Hivebot transmitter at once, to which he viewed SCC personnel evacuate the building without much fighting, before re-entering after the unnecessary delay.

Once the transmitter was disabled, Cockatoo reported to the Horizon's crew that the previously mentioned rampant civilians were close to their position, and that Konyang Armed Forces units were on their way to assist by dispersing the rampants with their aircraft in an attempt to keep the tide back. The SCC however, for some unknown reason, retreated from their fortified position, and were caught right in the midst of the coming assault, causing what can only be described by Cockatoo as a massacre. A Purpose Hunter-Killer who was previously assisting the Konyang Armed Forces, was repositioned via teleportation on to the battlefield to help lessen casualties from the SCC while Exosuit lances Phoenix and Goliath were gaining ground to reinforce.

It is with the writing of this report that the Konyang Armed Forces requests a review on the ability of relevant command members going forward, as the Stellar Corporate Conglomerate may be, as per the agreement with Prime Minister Myeong Myung-Dae, assisting with more sensitive missions in the future.

If we are to trust the SCC's involvement in saving our planet, we must have complete confidence in their command's competency.
