If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: These details regard an investigation I have seen fit to open regarding the actions of certain consular personnel aboard the Horizon. Marlowe has been the investigator on shift for several of these incidents. She took the lead with investigating the same consular's potential wrong doings again this shift, something I saw as logical given her previous work on this case. She had to be asked multiple times by the Commander on shift to process evidence. It seems Marlowe has has lost enthusiasm for the case, and has resorted to only performing her jobs by halves. We discussed their findings and compared our knowledge on the suspect. It seems she has made reports in the past, however based on the "report" I was handed this shift, I believe there is a serious failure with important paperwork. I hope I do not need to stress the importance of through documentation in our profession, where even the most minor of things may lead to potentially life changing ramification, and a failure to properly document can see the guilty go free. In this very situation, although it may lead to nought given the unique position Consulars hold aboard the Horizon, I believe the SCC deserves to be properly informed, something which is obstructed by Marlowe's refusal to do proper paperwork.
