Extra batteries for PDAs

As many people have mentioned, PDA batteries tend to die quickly. Instead of simply giving all PDAs the advanced batteries, I would like to include several advanced batteries in the library for the Tech Support job to use. To make sure that Science is not ignored, it would only be five batteries, This will have the dual effect of letting some PDAs last longer and also giving Tech Support an extra thing to do related to their actual job.

I'd support this. I'd even go so far as to suggest some more extra upgrades could be given - Maybe a sort of random selection of components. It does seem strange that the role specifically for repairing PDAs and computers has no actual access to the hardware needed to do that.

Actually, upon further testing, Advanced batteries can not even fit in the PDAs. Perhaps that can be changed, so that advanced batteries can have additional uses, as well as giving upgrade potential for the PDAs.
