Reason for Appeal: It has close to 4 years since I recieved the ban, I am not the same person I was prior.

That was me that banned you, and that was two years ago, not four. As long as you improve on your general play by listening to the rules, IE don't suicide, hitting cryogenics/living quarters and so on, I am happy to lift this ban.
