AP Ammo for 9mm

Always felt like 9mm was just worse in every way compared to the .45, even though .45 doesn't have any AP value it can still deal more dmg through armor than 9mm

So I came up with the idea of having 9mm AP magazines that can penetrate armor with the drawback of having less damage so basically it would do 12 damage (instead of the regular 9mm 20 damage) and a 100% increase to the current AP value allowing it to penetrate basic Corporate Armor + Voidsuits but not Heavy/Ballistic Armor

Hopefully this could make 9mm more versatile and useful, instead of just being a worse version of .45.

I followed your suggestion and opened a pull-request for it, I think this was simple enough for me to able to do it without it being overly difficult, thanks for asking though.
