Buff health analyzer

Let it see rads. Please. The fact that a health analyzer cant see how irradiated you are is hard to justify.

There's no justification for this. If you think you were exposed to radiation you should go to medical. You should not try to treat yourself, or someone else, outside of medical for radiation exposure. Even if, for example, an engineer uses a radiation kit to treat themselves they should still go to medical for a checkup, just to be safe.

i don't think the tool that lets you click on someone and immediately be able to intuit what's wrong with them needs to be buffed, personally

I think you could buff it in other ways, like make it a bit more accurate on BV?
