Overview of the Incident: 

Greetings colleagues!

I present to you the following case of Misconduct and Defamation of the PMCG from a Security Officer. The Officer in questions would be 'Laszlo Horvath' working with us, the PMCG. As you will roughly see from the picture provided and statements of two fellow officers, the Officer in question has a habit of sticking labels to their gear. 

These labels are usually gross, outright offensive or just damaging to the image of the PMCG. I do not think there is much more need for saying something, the labels will speak for themselves. I find it gross and inappropriate to display these on corporate-issued gear while on-duty.

Labels included, but are not limited to, quote;

"I Kill People For A Living", "KORPODOG", "Aim Here!"

end quote. This was recorded on the shift mentioned in this report, there's been other incidents on other shifts, reportedly.

[01:16] TSU 932-7 says, "Three additional instances of shared shifts with Officer Laszlo Horvath have been noted. However this Unit's interaction with the Officer have been largely limited."
[01:58] Phillip De Vos says, "Mhm.. I hope your memory is well maintained, would you be able to recall their appearance? Most importantly, their carrier and what is on it."
[04:26] TSU 932-7 says, "It has been noted that Officer Horvath has previously marked certain markings such as "CORPORATE DOG" have been noted on the Officers Carrier as well as "AIM HERE" located on their helmet."

[05:09] Phillip De Vos says, "For the record, this is a photo I shot earlier, from deck three, Officer Horvath standing on deck two. Right above him. Right.."
[05:22] Phillip De Vos says, "The Photo I hold here shows a text ah.. it feels gross to say.."
[05:58] Phillip De Vos says, "That would be.. quote.. 'I Kill People For A Living' as a marking, on his plate carrier. Would you be able to confirm this, Unit TSU? You talked about the other markings already."
[07:04] TSU 932-7 says, "It is noted that this Unit has not scanned Officer Horvath in-depth this Shift but it does not seem outside of known behavior for the Officer in regards to previous Shifts."
[07:30] Phillip De Vos asks, "Very well. Is there anything else you can say about the Officer's behaviour? Especially in regards to corporate? Or would that be all?"
[08:38] TSU 932-7 says, "Several instances of the Officer regarding coworkers as degenerates or ingrates has been noted audibly. This Unit believes abrasive behavior to not constitute a cohesive workplace relationship."
[09:28] Phillip De Vos says, "Oh absolutely not! I would not think that way either.. that's horrid! Well, that explains quite a lot! Mhm.. mhh.. yeah. Thank you, Unit TSU. That would be all for now I presume. This'll surely help a lot! Thank you."

[01:31] Mahisa Quraishi says, "I'd call him unfailingly professional, although definitely leaning on the... serious side."

[02:07] Mahisa Quraishi says, "His communication on the radio is clear, concise, and informative, and I've yet to see him cause or have any major issue with anyone else on the team. Myself included, even."
[02:37] Phillip De Vos asks, "Mhm.. very well.. his appearance, especially today, would you be able to recall on the spot? If asked specific questions?"
[03:20] Mahisa Quraishi says, "About his appearance? Maybe. I wouldn't say I paid too much attention to his overall... look, but I'll answer whatever questions you have as best I can. Within reason."
[03:56] Phillip De Vos asks, "Right, let us try from memory first. His plate carrier, the corporate issued one he wears for his duties aboard. There's certain markings on that carrier, would you be able to recall and confirm such?"
[04:48] Mahisa Quraishi says, "...Not specifically, no. A flagpatch, maybe? I don't pay his carrier much attention, aside from the fact he urges everyone else to make a habit of wearing theirs."
[05:15] Mahisa Quraishi says, "It's far from uncommon for those to be attached to our carriers in practice, though."
[05:33] Phillip De Vos asks, "Mhm.. no odd things he's stuck onto them? Let me help you.. a marking saying the following.. quote.. 'I Kill People For A Living", end of quote on the carrier?"
[06:37] Mahisa Quraishi coughs into her hand a few times before replying... "Ahem -- no, yes. I've seen him appending a variety of labels to his equipment from time to time. I believe they're intended to be difficult to miss, in any case."
