Fyni Posted Wednesday at 01:02 Posted Wednesday at 01:02 Reporting Personnel: Yin'altorz Qreblikis Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Section Director (SCC) Game ID: N/A Personnel Involved: Foreberance, Head of Security - Offender Tulkir Zarkiirran, Hangar Technician - Witness Tamsyn Tibbles, Investigator - Witness Secondary Witnesses: (Name, Job Title - Short description of what they witnessed) N/A Time of Incident: N/A Real Time: N/A Location of Incident: SCCV Horizon Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ x ] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [ x ] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: The SCCV Horizon has been at risk from the criminal group known as the Outer Eyes. Of particular note at numerous network hacks (see Command Communique date 13/01/2468) to which Head of Security Foreberance would have had access. The Outer Eyes have made numerous attempts to further whatever their agenda with the Horizon is. I recieved reports that two crew members, one of which was Tulkir Zarkiirran, attempted to access a prohibited site beloning to the group. The site appears to have been distributed via leaflets - a physical phising attempt - and while most of the crew was wise enough to not visit the site, two were not. It is fortunate this site was already under the watch of SCC data analysts, so any harm was prevented before it could occur. After informing Horizon command, an onship interview was conducted of those two crew members. While I now believe them innocent of any intentional wrongdoing, Ms Zarkiirran appears to have access the site at the behest of Head of Security Foreberance. Such an act was a blatant breach of network security. While there were no negative consequences to the Horizon's network for this incident, it could have resulted in another attack on the Horizon's network not unlike previous attacks. Of concern is also the manner in which Tulkir was co-erced into accessing this site. How this was done remains unclear, and warrants further investigation. Submitted Evidence: Attached is a fax I recieved from Tamsyn Tibbles. Forwarded confidentially will be the logs containing Tulkir's attempt to access to prohibited site. Would you like to be personally interviewed? [ ] - Yes [ x ] - No Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why? N/A Actions taken: N/A Additional Notes:
