Clear Shuttle Manifest Button

Just a simple button next to each shuttle that resets its manifest. Would be nice whenever it returns from an expedition.

While we're at it, can we remove the need to assign a shuttle when adding members to it? Currently when you select a specific shuttle on the program, you select add crew, then it asks you which shuttle you want to assign it to.
