Pain meds should either be brought in line with every other med, or the old variable metabolism rates depending on method administered should be brought back. Edited May 14 by Lordnesh 2

It's similar to how medical cannabis flavor profiles bring unique taste experiences through different strains and methods. I've found those profiles to be quite fascinating and diverse.
