LforLouiseeee Posted July 24 Posted July 24 (edited) Reporting Personnel: Isithybys Cyriio Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Operations Manager Game ID: Round prior to cGD-c2rw Personnel Involved: Azarii Marrkarr, Bridge Crewman - Offender Isithybys Cyriio, Operations Manager, Witness PO3. Bounce, AXSF Crewman, Victim Secondary Witnesses: Elena Ashpole, Bridge Crewman - Was present for the entire shift, and the only other member of the bridge staff on-shift at the time. Ksshzue Hiza, Security Officer - Was present for the entire shift, and the only member of the ship's security staff on-shift at the time. Time of Incident: 18:30 Real Time: 19:45GMT 24/07/2026 Location of Incident: Bridge Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ ] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [X] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: Roughly an hour following a communications blackout, I had allowed a vessel from the AXSF - a regional military - to dock with the SCCV Horizon for Rest and Relaxation at their request, provided they submitted to my demand of disarming themselves and being subject to a search by our security staff, to which they complied, and were searched by officer Hiza. After they had already left, Bridge Crewman Azarii Marrkarr arrived on shift, and immediately complained and reported suspicion regarding the still failing command communications channel, which, considering our location, and the fact these systems are not entirely reliable on the best of days, is a common occurrence. They began messaging myself on the PDA system, which I mostly entertained, and told them that an investigation would be launched whenever security had an investigator arrive - which unfortunately did not happen - but, instead, Azarii Marrkarr decided to conduct their own, unprofessional investigation, and sent a fax to Central Command blatantly accusing the AXSF crewmember of sabotage and corporate espionage, without so much as consulting any other crew member on-shift. After the fax was sent, I had requested to review the fax, and it was provided to me, and then proceeded to ask Azarii Marrkarr why they had conducted the actions they undertook, to which they responded by asking me if I had even read the fax, additionally noting that 'we are not safe' - which comes across as paranoia at best, and unfit for duties at worst. They refused to give a proper explanation for their actions, or provide any evidence to suggest their suspicions could have been true. Submitted Evidence: Would you like to be personally interviewed? [X] - Yes [ ] - No Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why? I was the only Head of Staff on-shift. Actions taken: None - the shift had ended before I had the chance to take any action. Additional Notes: Edited yesterday at 01:33 by Brayce
