Let the robotic arm circuit manipulate items around it

As of right now, the robotic arm circuit assembly has no real use; it can draw or give power to the grid its on. What kind of use is that for a robotic arm? It is completely unfitting

Instead, I believe such a unique looking assembly should also have a similairly unique use: the ability to interact with items. It could range from simply moving them around to using machinery (these could be split up into different circuits). This would allow large automation belts to be set up, for all the factorio lovers on the server, or just some funny minigames.
