If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: Andrea Hoover was a consistent visitor to the communal brig during the course of the shift. In some way, they had either irritated or provoked Officer Som'nir Has're, and the latter took their baton and broke the leg of Hoover. They were taken into custody for assault and moved to the Odin PD station holding cells for detention. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: I was the overseeing head of staff at the time. I filed this report for the record. Additional notes: ((This incident was the tail end of a heist round.
