Guest Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Reporting Personnel: Vira Taryk Rank of Reporting Personnel: Head of Security Personnel Involved: Jesse Armstrong; Detective, Goddard Day; Nurse Time of Incident: 26AUG2457 Location of Incident: Starboard Primary Hallway Nature of Incident: [x]Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty []Harassment [x]Assault [x]Misconduct []Other _____ Overview of the Incident: During the tail end of the work shift, Goddard Day was allegedly peddling narcotics, space drugs laced into cigarettes. It is unknown how Goddard Day acquired access to chemistry or received narcotics, but it was discerned that Jesse Armstrong was offered a 'normal' cigarette by Nurse Day. Detective Armstrong inhaled the drugs injected into the cigarette whilst also unbelievably drunk, despite my insistence for all security personnel to be sober. Armstrong then turned their lethal weapon on Day, firing off one 'warning' shot and plugging another shot into the foot of Nurse Day. None of this was ever communicated to me except by the Research Director, and I only found out about this ten minutes after it happened. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: The situation was made known to Emily O'Harron, ranking captain of the station. Additional notes: I was extremely disappointed from the lack of communication on the end from my security team, for what was a rather lax and peaceful shift. I was also extremely disappointed that Armstrong was indulging in massive amounts of alcohol after I explicitly barred the team from consuming it.
