Rusty Shackleford Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 Reporting Personnel: Andrea Markowski Rank of Reporting Personnel: Captain Personnel Involved: Lindsey Jackson (Surgeon), Charles Eden (Psychiatrist), Austin Brabec (Intern), Ashley Ward, (Emergency Medical Technician), Chive (Chief Medical Officer), Miami Kleine (Head of Personnel) Time of Incident: Between 0030 hours and 0150 hours, station time Location of Incident: NSS Aurora Medbay Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [X]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault []Misconduct [X]Other Incompetence Overview of the Incident: At approximately 0020 hours, as the shift was beginning, I received fatal injuries from an unknown intruder who was later killed in their attempt to elude the security team. My body was brought to the medical bay, and I was summarily cloned. However, the doctors who cloned me performed the process improperly, and I ended up with severe brain and organ damage, and was left in excruciating pain. They did not hide from me whatsoever the fact that I was cloned, and then proceeded to idle around while I repeatedly requested painkillers and medical treatment. They expressed ignorance as to the names and functions of chemicals they would be routinely using in their roles. It was only once the Chief Medical Officer, Chive, arrived that I received any sort of proper care. The CMO and HoP, Chive and Miami Kleine, respectively, were present to bear witness to the rest of the medical staff's incompetence. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: CMO Chive and HoP Miami Kleine were witness to the incident. Additional notes: I would like to see an investigation into the qualifications of the medical staff listed initiated (minus the Chief Medical Officer, who proved extremely competent).
Gollee Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 2. Thou shalt take a good, hard looketh at the post-game screen, and findeth outeth who was an antag. If someone was an antag, then no IC complaint can be filed against them. Furthermore, if a person's behavior was influenced because of an antagonist being on the station, then it's not fair game for an incident report. People tend to act up when nuclear terrorists, metamorphosing aliens, etc. start attacking their workplace, and it will be near impossible to ignore the fact that those antagonists had a hand in the acting up; meaning that if those things were kept canon for an incident report, then they would *have* to be canon for the character's story, and that's a no-go.
