Jboy2000000 Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Reporting Personnel: Shinjlekh Ukhaan Rank of Reporting Personnel: Research Director Personnel Involved: Issac Taylor, Captain. Aquila, CE. Samuel Czechi, MD. Clark Hunt, EMT. The entirety of NSS Aurora at the time. Time of Incident: Throughout the entire shift Real time: 20:33 26.NOV.2015 Location of Incident: Entirety of the NSS Aurora. Nature of Incident: [X]Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [X]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault [X]Misconduct []Other _____ Overview of the Incident: Aqula, the IPC Chief Engineer of the station wanted to do a test of the NSS Auora's atmospheric disposal loop, venting nearly all of the station. This was foolishly approved by captain Issac Taylor, ever thought I adamantly opposed the test, arguing that we should not to them both over the command channel. They then sent a message to Central asking for the test to be approved. I managed to get this fax, and will insert a copy with this report. In short though, they refused to note that I did not agree with this test, nor did the most of the station, save for two people beside themselves. While I was trying to convince them this would harm productivity and put people in danger, captain Issac Taylor went out of his way to personally insult me, and threaten have me fired from my position in Nanotrasen fro disagreeing with them. Partway the test, the IPC had a malfunction, and started venting areas such as medbay, which were meant to be protected. When I mentioned that I was right that the test was a danger, Issac Taylor said he would report me for insubordination, threatening my job as a whole. After the malfunctioning IPC was brought under control and no longer a danger, I calmly ask Issac Taylor to give me the name of DO that approved the test. When I did, he simply told me that I should be happy that he did not fire me, and adamantly refused to give me the information. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: Captain and Chief Engineer are the subject of this complaint. Additional notes: Facility: NSS Aurora Date: 26 Nov, 2457 Index: 001 This form permits the grant of executive permission to conduct the denoted action by the denoted employee of the NanoTrasen Civilian Branch of Operation. Employee: Aquila Action: Station-wide atmospherics systems test Reason: Aquila proposes to seal arrivals and dorms, ensuring the safety of those sleeping, and those arriving both by shuttle and cryogenic revivial. Then she wishes to distribute EVA suits to all the crew - only a handful of us. Then atmospherics will be drained from the entire station - save the arrivals shuttle and the dorms, to test how much our system can truly take, if it needed to. The crew is panicking, and the RD is being obstentatious about this, and they are trying to prevent this test. It would be appreciated if you could sign off on this so we could get the testing underway, if you approve of such. Thank you!
