incognitojesus Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Reporting Personnel: Damian Del Prado Rank of Reporting Personnel: Security Officer Personnel Involved: Vira Taryk, Head of Security. Jun Ivanova, Station Engineer. Amnesty Lund, Internal Affairs Agent. Jade Rathel, Assistant. Emerson Quincy, Janitor. Collin Clark, Security Officer. Time of Incident: Station-Time ~18:00 Real time:1930 EST, February 2nd, 2016 Location of Incident: Station-wide/General Communications Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty [x]Harassment []Assault [x]Misconduct []Other _____ Overview of the Incident: Well, it started off as a pretty quiet shift, aside from an issue with the holodeck and its closing. Jun Ivanova started calling Jade Rathel a "bitch" for no apparent reason, possibly from previously harbored grudges against her, but I wouldn't be the judge of that. Then general communications exploded, with several people defending Jade and then others, such as Emerson Quincy, calling her a "bitch" as well. After the storm settled, Jun made her way to the brig, or at least from what I garnered from general comms. Then, over security communications, the officer manning the desk, Collin Clark, asked the Commander, Vira Taryk, if he could give Ivanova a pair of jackboots for her own personal use. Taryk denied Ivanova the boots, and then Ivanova went on general communications asking Taryk for a "fucking excuse." The general comms went into disarray again, although I was able to pick out Jun stating (directed towards Vira), "Usually when people make a decision, they have a reason and aren;t just being an authority riding cunt." Jun continued to use this phrase when addressing Jun, and when told to cease by the Internal Affairs Agent, Amnesty Lund, or risk facing an investigation, Ivanova responded by asking if Lund was going to clip Ivanova's toenails. Lund then called Ivanova in to report to the IA office, to which Ivanova punctuated her tirade with, "Will the real Jun Ivanova, please stand up." Ivanova was arrested for abuse of communications forty-five minutes later. I believe this behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when directed at both members of Internal Affairs and Command staff. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: Amnesty Lund, IAA was a witness to these events. I was not informed of the result of the talk Lund had with Ivanova. Additional notes: Addendum: Emerson Quincy also stated that Jade was a "whore" several times and implied it over thirty minutes after the debacle had come to a close.
