Dreviore
Reporting Personnel: Daniel Seraph Rank of Reporting Personnel: Xenobiologists Personnel Involved: Koki Pailitas, Arnet Serket, Cyborg S.A.D., Security officer Shane Halevy Time of Incident: Real time: 11:20 AM (04/03/2016) Location of Incident: NSS. Aurora, Xenobiology lab Nature of Incident: [X]Workplace Hazard [X]Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [X]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault []Misconduct []Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: The shift started with me in xenobiology with cyborg unit S.A.D., very shortly after the shift began two xenobiologists arrive on the station, Dr. Pailitas, and Dr. Serket. I promptly just commented that xenobiology is difficult with three of us (as having multiple people can potentially confuse alien creatures), they promptly ignored me, and came anyways. Not in the standard equipment (bio suits). Moments after they came in I witnessed one Dr. Pailitas overfeeding one of the containment cells, leading to them getting knocked down, and promptly getting pulled out by Dr. Serket. This issue occured once again in the same fashion, only the second time resulted in the two xenobiologists pulling three slimes out of the cell with them. What occured next is that I got attacked by one of the slimes they let out, who was already in a stage where it was ready to pop into multiple slimes. Cyborg unit S.A.D. attempted to fix the situation by getting one of the slimes off of me, and into xenobotany so that I could get to medical leaving the cyborg unit trapped behind a window. Officer Shane Halevy dragged me to medical, and proceeded to head back to assist with a pending slime outbreak. While I was awaiting the cryo tubes to get cooled down I heard the two xenobiologists have let them out all over the science division, which is a whole other can of worms I cannot comment on. But shortly after I saw officer Shane Halevy, and Kanza Al'Falak await the cryo tubes as well due to a slime attack. Eventually the entire station was evacuated due to a slime apolocypse. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: None on duty during shift. Additional notes: I mean it takes a lot to get me to fill out an incident report, but lately I've seen a lot of untrained xenobiologists causing harm to crew. Link to comment
