Well I don't have a screenshot of either of these, but:

As Jacob Locke, CE, I once accidentally hooked up the SM waste/out to DISTRO instead of the SCRUBBERS pipe, and flooded the whole station with phoron.

As Jacob Locke, CE, I once blew up a uranium door with a welderbomb, and took out half the bar as well.

Those are probably the cringiest things I've done.
