"We have seen a series of internal investigations into recent controversial actions by Exodus and Aurora Security Departments, with actions ranging from brief suspensions to terminations. However, having served in both departments, I cannot say that I have observed any positive changes within the department; in fact, I feel that problematic and/or incompetent officers have become much more visible despite these investigations. How would you propose that the problems within the Security Department be rectified?"
