Personnel Involved: Marc Price/Head of Security., Otto Bahr/Head of Personnel. Time of Incident: 10:05am. Real time: 00:00GMT, 05/06/2016. Location of Incident: Brig. Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty [x]Harassment [x]Assault [x]Misconduct []Other Overview of the Incident: I found the Head of Personnel curbstomping Marsh in the corridor, smacking his head against the floor. Ready for trouble, I asked him why, and he said he'd set fire to the kitchen, yet there had been no fire in the kitchen. He proceeds to dislocate Marsh's leg before trying to drag him away. I manage to push him down and pin him to the floor before he can cause any further bodily damage, I then ask for Security presence, reporting the HoS' crimes. As I am a Detective, i was not authorised to issue an arrest, so could do no further. Security did not respond, Bahr proceeded to deny anything he did in the Security channel. The HoS, Price, told me to shut up after I repeated the charges against the HoP. (continued) Price ordered an arrest on myself after he told me to 'shut up' via public radio channels because I brought up that he was already under investigation for actions which the HoP had imitated this shift (Causing bodily harm to a crewmember without need nor reason). Whilst I was talking with the victim of said assault from the HoP, he walked up and declared I was under arrest. I asked him to go do his job and leave me to do mine, which he did not reply to. After ensuring the victim was safely in a cell, the Warden asked me to deal with the interview and interrogation of a pair of chefs who may have murdered a crewmember, as the cyborg brought them in. I took them into Interrogation, walked back out, and closed the door. The cyborg proceeded to brief me on their situation, and I asked it to go collect any evidence it could. During this entire situation, Price was standing behind me repeating that I was under arrest for Neglect of Duty. I proceeded to ignore him, as I had matters to attend to. The cyborg left on it's duties and I walked into Interrogation to begin. The HoS follows me in, repeating his mantra, so I moved him out and closed the door so we would not present a bad image to those within. He opens the door, proceeds to assault my person. I push him back without using force and begin to shout for Security presence. He pulls a baton and smacks me to the floor, removing my headset and cuffing me. When I awake, I am in a cell. The victim of the aforesaid beating, who had not been let out of Security, walks up and asks what's happening. I ask him to call for Security as I could not, having had my headset removed. Marsh proceeds to enter the cell and the HoS pulls a gun, and smashes either myself or Marsh with it. In the ensuing fracas, Marsh accidentally sets me on fire. The Captain walks into the corridor within viewing range ans the HoS subdues Marsh and cuffs then buckles him to the bed. Both the HoS and Captain proceed to watch as I'm on fire, unable to put myself out due to being cuffed. Eventually, the flames go out, with me on the verge of falling unconscious. The HoS drags me to another cell, buckles me to the bed, and walks off. Eventually, the HoP turns up. Instead of allowing the doctor behind him to administer medical treatment first, he spends the time taking my ID and walking off with it. The doctoer eventually fixes me up and leaves. During all of this, no time had been set and no crime had been stated. Price now drags me to Evidence Storages, where he fully strips me of all belongings. Clothing me in a prison jumpsuit, he returns me to my cell. With no ability to ask for help nor defend my cause, when uncuffed I stand and buckle Price to the bed in an attempt to flee and call for a witness. Price stands and flashes me. He then moves me to solitary and leaves, leaving me with no ability to contact anyone, nor did he inform any other Security personnel that I was in Solitary. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: Could not, due to HoP being involved against myself and thereby biased. - Additional notes: See prior report against Price for his bias towards myself when called out, as well as a pattern developing.
