Reporting Personnel: Vikakti of Yaktir

Rank of Reporting Personnel: Atmospheric Technician

Personnel Involved: (Name, Rank: Offender/Witness/Other (Ckey))

- Bishop, IPC, offender (youbar)

- Nanako [last name], witness

- Dina Hegarty, CE, poor leadership

Time of Incident: Galactic Standard Time 3:00am

Real time: 3am - 3:00am Chicago Time, Earth

Location of Incident: The Brig

Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [X]Neglect of Duty []Harassment [X]Assault [X]Misconduct []Other _ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.)

Overview of the Incident: A blob manifested in the armory and killed several officers and did immense damage, breaching and venting most of security. Engineering, including myself, spend an extensive amount of time and effort repairing the armory, the brig, and restoring atmospherics. Bishop eventually ended up in the brig conference room, which I hacked open to equalize pressure with an air pump. Bishop demanded I consent to a search on code green, I refused. He followed me around, demanding I submit to a search. Again I refused and began to leave, annoyed, to continue spreading atmos. He drew a taser so I attempted to leave the brig entirely to avoid confrontation. He took chase and fired multiple shots, all three missing. I had an axe in my hands but didn't want to escalate the situation. I attempted to disarm him and flee, but he pulled out a stun baton and made chase to the security hallway. I repeatedly knocked his baton out of his hand and retreated several meters but he was relentless. Several security cadets joined the fighting and proved far more effective at subduing me, bless their bald hearts

Bishop then searched me on code green without my consent after I had refused the search in the first place. He found no weapons or any contraband as he claimed I had. He then said it was "to be sure" I didn't steal anything from the armory.

Earlier in the shift I had an empty gun on the floor and added humor while handing it over to sec by sticking it in my mouth and letting it click. They were not amused but this was 20 minutes BEFORE I was searched and NOT at ALL used in ANY point of the situation as the reason for me to be searched.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: I contacted my superior Dina Hegarty but she did nothing to ensure the IPC was brigged for abuse of power. The security cadets refused to uphold regulations on the matter. The IPC walked free. In protest, I and other atmospheric technicians refused further service to the security department in fear of violent retaliation in the course of doing our jobs.

Additional notes:

If the IPC would be immediately dismantled I would happily pay the fee
