Roll Bartender's Uniform

Make rolling the Bartender's Uniform object a thing. The pants stay the same, the white rolled shirt can be ripped off the chef's uniform.

Yeah, it seems like most clothing is missing the rolled state, which is sad. We should do a rolling pass or something on clothing. No reason not to have them fixed as it's usually a similar Sprite and one line of code linking it. Easy.

We used to have the ability to roll up sleeves on most jumpsuits, uniforms, etc.
