Disable resisting/grab breaking if a mob is weakened beyond a certain threshold.

Title. If a mob isn't completely unconscious, they can resist out of any grab or try to break out of handcuffs. You can give someone a slight bit of chloral but they'll still be able to resist out of grabs and shriek into their headset. Very annoying, especially for security trying to keep someone pinned who is still only merely recovering from weakness incurred by a stun baton.


More of a QOL change for antags trying to capture people.
