Allow magnetic grippers to carry atmospheric piping

Maintenance drones can already drag these around; Being able to carry them using a gripper would make life easier for a drone sinec we wouldn't then have to open doors to get the pipe through, or deal with random mcgee stealing the pipe as we walk past.

Add the hell out of this. I play as drone whenever i die because vaurca, and fucking Rando McGee every-bloody-time is like "Gimme yo pipe, nerd" and ends up with his pet pipe, Pipes McGee.
