Give a definition of what you think role-play is, and should be about: Role-play is when you fit a selected role. You must be able to stay in character and separate IC and OOC knowledge. The best use of role-play would be that which takes place in dungeons and dragons and/or pathfiner.

What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?: For the Research Director it is to keep discoveries in science high so that the rest of the station can receive work changing upgrades.

What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: Responsibilities include keeping players focused, creating a department that works and can be relied upon, and a fun and not abusive leader.

Character name: Nolan Steele

Character age: 32

Please provide a short biography of this character (approx 2 paragraphs): As a child, Nolan was not a very exceptional character; he often was found behind the crowd, blending into the colorless soup. Around the age of seven he found his one true passion, science; he loved it with all of his heart and could never turn away from it. Consuming him, he spent his days alone, away from the crowd, in his room learning all he could.

When he graduated college, Nolan was a well respected scientist. When NT came to ask him about a job he accepted without a second thought; still consumed by his passion his mind only dreamed for the stars.

What do you like about this character?: The ability to be absent minded, and consumed by his work.

What do you dislike about this character?: He isn't aloud to stop working. I.E. no getting smashed at the bar.

Do you think this character is fit to be a Head of Staff? (Please note that Head characters must be over 30, unless given special clearance): Yes.

Why?: His passion gives him reason to strive to be a head of staff.
