Overview of the Incident:I was playing music from a jukebox, receiving all around positive reactions from the crew. Za'fir, instead of asking me about the music, comes over, and disables the jukebox. Later, they return and unsecure the jukebox, hauling it all the way to the mining shuttle before I noticed they were a miner and ordered them to return the jukebox. There was a couple of instances of turning off the music after that, and I relocated the jukebox to departures for the impending shuttle. Za'fir unsecured the jukebox again, and ran it all the way to mining, refusing orders to return it. I recovered it and proceeded back to the shuttle. During shuttle flight, Za'fir came into the rear cargo area, pulled me out of the room, and began pushing me out whilst messing with the jukebox. I began to respond, and security intervened, removing Za'fir from the room. As I tried to make my exit, I found the door welded shut. I attribute this to Za'fir, although I'm not entirely sure. I unwelded the door and went into Central.

Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: I was unable, as it didn't escalate until the very end of the shift.

Actions taken: Security ejected Za'fir from the cargo area of the shuttle, but made no attempt to arrest them.

Following the conclusion of our investigation of this Incident Report, we have chosen to move forward with the following:

-Nazari Za'fir is prohibited from relocating any jukebox without the express permission of the item's owner, a Head of Staff or the Internal Security Department.

A one week period will be given for the affected party to make note of this action and begin acting in accordance. Failure to comply with this injunction may result in more severe action being taken.

This action may be appealed to the Central Command Internal Affairs Bureau following one month's time.
