[1 Dismissal] Port TG's seed extractor storage and categorization function

Title. Seed extractors in /TG/ have a great and useful function where seeds are stored and categorized based off of their specific stats. It sorts distinct batches of seeds individually, so if tomato seed A has a yield of 3 and tomato seed B has a yield of 5, they would be stored in separate rows. Essentially, this would be an extremely helpful tool to have, in botany and xenobotany alike. If this seems too OP, then I'd recommend limiting seed storage and/or adding an analysis error margin which can be improved with upgraded R&D components.

As far as I know the seed vendor can already store seeds, and these seeds are already distinguished by their mutations. Voting for dismissal.
