Guest Marlon Phoenix Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 Reporting Personnel: Azkuyua Triaka Rank of Reporting Personnel: Head of Security Game ID: bPN-bcIf Personnel Involved: Vladimir Novikov - the Cargo Technician, offender - Jane Pyre - the Warden, witness - Nicholas Wolfe - the Security Officer, an arresting officer Time of Incident: Real time: 8/4/2017 Location of Incident: Brig. Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard[]Accident/Injury[]Destruction of Property[]Neglect of Duty[X]Harassment[X]Assault[]Misconduct[]Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.)Overview of the Incident: Vladimir Novikov was seen wearing the garb of the sol navy on station as well as wielding a steel saber he claimed was fake. When asked by the Head of Security to either change or wear it ONLY in the cargo area, he refused. He was given a 3 minute grace period to change his mind before a charge would be applied if he was found out in the halls in the regalia again. He was still wearing the uniform in the halls and was brought in for violating an injunction. He was then brought into security, he was found with many items of contraband, including his REAL steel sword, a shield, and a bear trap. While in processing, he insulted many of the officers in the room. I offered to allow him to keep his clothes and his sword if he would agree to get it registered with a permit and NOT carry it OUTSIDE cargo. He called me a cunt as well as a ligger, so all of his contraband including the alliance fatigues were removed and put in evidence storage. When in the brig cell he used his shoes to cause minor damage to the window. I stepped into the cell with a baton in my hand after he repeatedly refused to lay on the bed for an officer to enter safely. He attacked me immediately on entry, knocking my weapon from my hand and hitting me with it. He was quickly flashed. Rather than add additional charges I opted to punish him with a swirlie in the cell toilet and give him solitary for the duration of his original time. While in solitary he attempted to damage the camera. Rather than risk another fight a tear gas grenade was thrown into the cell to subdue him, and he quickly behaved for the rest of his time after inhaling the tear gas. He was given a tracking implant and released later. He was escorted to the brig lobby and officially released. He immediately called me a cunt and was brought back inside for another sentence. He was offered half the time (5 mins) instead of the full 10 minutes in exchange for an apology. He said he'd rather kill himself than apologize so he was given the full time. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: I was a Head.Actions taken: Extreme leniency was offered but rejected. So full charges for all offenses as listed were applied. Additional notes: He was very indifferent when I explained that his uniform was problematic. I do not know where he even got a real sword because he did not reveal its origin, so it was just simply taken and locked away.
