Throat Slit has its own Injury upon Examination

If you examine a person who has had their throat slit, the injuries are described as head wounds/cuts.

It would be nice if the injury was specific in detailing how the throat was slit open instead of that, as well as the blood running down the neck possibly. After all, a slit throat is rather clearly seen and much more explicit than vague head wounds.

I don't think this steps out of bounds or makes it unduly difficult for antagonists when compared to how it is now. This form of murder is very violent and the method of killing is precise, whereas the description of it is rather misleading. After all, you could murder them with strangling or some other method instead if you wanted to hide the fact. Realistically, you could deduce murder or suicide from this as just a casual observer in real life.

I have literally had the throat slit suicide thing occur in medical.

I mean to say that someone is more likely to kill themselves with pills or medicine than a cut artery.
