Guest Marlon Phoenix
Reporting Personnel: Houssam Jawdat Rank of Reporting Personnel: Head of Personnel Personnel Involved: Ana Ro'Hi'Tin Time of Incident: Location of Incident: Medbay lobby Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty [X]Harassment []Assault [X]Misconduct []Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: Ana joined the station as a surgeon. Being that she is qualified in the fields of CSI and law enforcement and is 30 years old, Houssam immediately questioned this seemingly huge jump in qualifications. He approached her in the medbay lobby and asked if there was a mix-up. She got immediately hostile, insulting Houssam when he pressed. After the question was forced into an interrogation, Houssam learned from her that she was actually a coroner. Houssam offered to help her change her job title, but she called him a bureaucratic boy among other personal insults. There was no justification for this behaviour or hostility. Ana was then told that if she didn't want to file the paperwork to get her job title changed, then she would be expected to do the job she was assigned or get in trouble with neglect, a statement she then used to chastise Houssam over his lack of control over medical, and hinting that the lack of CMO made her immune to procedure. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: Yes. Internal Affairs was notified and spoke to her. Additional notes: This is not the first time Ana has taken an unnecessarily aggressive stance against people and command staff. It's unnecessary and she carries a detrimental attitude that is not at all constructive. Link to comment
