Make the Background Info Lists Like When You Select Species

When you choose a species you get a brief blurb describing that species and what its gist is. The same should be done for home system and citizenship.

For example, when you select home system you get the list and the brief blurb describing each star system.

And the same for citizenship, providing a blurb for the faction you have chosen. It would be easy to write 1-2 paragraphs for each one. That would let even randos who never read the wiki make inform decisions about their birthplace and citizenship and improve the general state of basic lore awareness from players.

I remember when i first entered Aurora and saw the character setup i was like "what the fuck are all these faction names?". A brief description would have helped out
