Swap Main Level Cryo with the Store

The store needs more foot traffic opposed to being in a relatively isolated area which no one really hangs around in. Plus, having the store near cargo allows for stock to be moved easier.

If you mean that store needs to get food traffic for sale, i'd argue that it's somewhat weird to buy food in a store that is directly opposite of a free diner. And if the store gets popular enough it will actually make bridge area more populated which is a good thing. Bar area has enough attractions as is (booze!). People should be encouraged to visit different areas of the station

Considering the two having vastly different sizes, I doubt that this idea could be placed forth anyways.

You can easily acquire adequate space by trimming the maintenance area behind cryo/the bar and pulling in the south-west wall of the bar in a bit, as well as downsizing cargo's lobby.
