RazorXLVII Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 Reporting Personnel: William Rawlings Rank of Reporting Personnel: Crime Scene Investigator Game ID: bTD-cS9o (The listed GameID succeeded the round in which the incident took place) Personnel Involved: (Name, Rank: Offender/Witness/Other (Ckey)) - Michael Idionski, Warden: Offender - Kira Fairbanks, Security Officer: Witness Time of Incident: Real time: (19:40 GMT+1, 03/30/2018) Location of Incident: Brig, Red Dock Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault [X]Misconduct []Other _____ Overview of the Incident: (General description of the incident, to include as much detail as is deemed necessary) During the shift, there has been a situation where the Security Officers were engaged in a violent confrontation against a detainee. Given the latter's overwhelming strength, the inadequateness of our equipment to subdue him and our lives being in immediate danger, lethal force had to be employed. Upon the detainee's termination, the Warden had decided to retrieve a shotgun from the Armory and opened fire on the corpse, disregarding professional etiquette, ethics and evidently breaching at least two Corporate Regulations (i116, i206) . He continued to do so till he ran out of beanbag shells.Myself and Officer Fairbanks repeatedly confronted him verbally and intimated him to cease, only to be replied with "I am just making sure." Given the shuttle's imminent arrival, I have personally transferred the corpse in a body bag and prepared it for immediate transportation. It is important to specify that I suffered severe injuries from the detainee, and myself and Officer Fairbanks were under the effects of an unidentified virus. The Warden's unprofessional behavior resurfaced again when we had reached the Red Dock. He had decided to re-open the labelled body bag to recommence the physical, non-required abuse on the detainee's body. Once again, any attempts to earn his compliance through words were met with absolute indifference. To quote his reply: "I won't stop hitting anything." Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: There was no Command Staff present, nor an IAA. Actions taken: Repeated verbal warnings. Given our injuries and the imminent departure of the shuttle, we couldn't do anything else without exposing ourselves to possible retaliatory actions. Additional Notes:
