Gollee Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Reporting Personnel: Amy Heris Rank of Reporting Personnel: Engineering Apprentice Game ID: bTO-atf7 is the round directly after. Personnel Involved: (Name, Rank: Offender/Witness/Other (Ckey)) - Amy Heris, Engineering Apprentice, Victim (Gollee) -Evangeline Du Dancion, Chief Engineer, Witness (Eve) -Gary Cavalet, Engineering Apprentice, Witness (Unknown) -Rrazujun Rrhazkal-Jawdat, Head of Personnel, Offender (Jackboot) Time of Incident: Occurred between 0215-0300 Station Time. Precise time was not taken. Real time: about 0530-0610 GMT Location of Incident: Starboard Corridor, outside medical lobby. Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty [X]Harassment []Assault []Misconduct [X]Sexual Harrasement Overview of the Incident: Chief Engineer Dancion, Apprentice Cavalet, and myself were in the process of bringing supplies to repair the chemistry lab in medical after a biohazard caused significant damage. We encountered Head of Personnel Rrhazkal-Jawdat at the entrance to medical, where he started shaking hands with the crewmembers. I have a strong aversion to physical contact, and shied away from this; instead of simply moving on, he proceeded to make suggestive comments that in his culture, my actions constituted a marriage proposal. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I apologised, and Chief Engineer Dancion warned Head of Personnel Rrhazkal-Jawdat not to speak to her staff in that manner, however, he persisted, informing me that he would have to give me a dowry if I did not shake his hand. Chief Engineer Dancion warned him again to "back up", and that he was making me uncomfortable, after which he left, saying that he was off to fetch the dowry. This behaviour from a head of staff, especially one that has access to my records, and knowledge of my personal issues regarding social interaction is extremely distressing, and left me unsettled for the remainder of the shift. Chief Engineer Dancion apologised to me for his behaviour, and said that she would look into it. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Evangeline Du Dancion, Chief Engineer, Witness (Eve) Actions taken: An apology was given by Chief Engineer Dancion, but she was not responsible for the incident, and should not have had to deal with this issue that arose due to the actions of Head of Personnel Rrhazkal-Jawdat. Additional Notes: None.
