New Blades, Old Wounds Event 2: Brave New World

Extremely good, I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of the research scanners and really enjoyed reading the little blurbs about everything. The picture science slowly gathered of the regions situation came into focus right around when the team finished the survey - handing in all the papers and seeing our theories confirmed was a lot of fun and I genuinely enjoyed the RP surrounding it.

Kept every team involved and interested in the lore, engaged with the locals, and some interesting questions popped up amongst the civilian crew. If ever there was going to be a last XO round for my GEVURAH (whom I played here), I'd probably say this is the one.

Of note, a dude (crew that is) did get executed after being taken hostage (admittedly their own fault) which scared the hell out of me. Aside from this, the event was smooth sailing, loved the amount of RP and thought put into even the less acknowledged NPCs.

E: And do something with the K'lax somewhere in this arc!

Pretty good! Good atmosphere, good plot, good amount of hanging out afterwards to decompress.

Would prefer more organization, but overall it was still a fun event.
