I haven't had really any bad experiences with staff on here before but this felt out of nowhere and quite unfair for the charges claimed; especialy since I was dewhitelisted at first with no logs or evidence besides a claim which multiple people can disprove; one being the roboticist @aimmo who was present for the issue. I have never had anybody come to me and have any issue with my roleplay as a IPC and my character is generally liked and enjoyed by others, so to be approached in this manner and treated as if I did the most worst thing possible is quite honestly wrong I hate making complaints and dont want anybody punished but I would like the dewhitelisting revoked and just talk to Kyers about how to handle future situations like this.

Should it be denied, I would reapply yes. I understand I have not had the best history and that I have made some dumb mistakes yes but at this time I am confident in my ability to understand the rules and enforce the rules on the server. While yes, I have messed up; I do iterate again that I understand the rules and how to enforce them properly in a way players can understand and follow. Understanding this and my past; I do wish for the chance to prove myself with moderation trial that I have improved and am capable and able to serve the community with the idea of a fun but heavy serious rp oriented gamemode in mind and the rules that go along with that. I have made quite a journey and I am not done on that, and will not be done. Even after proving myself I wish to continue to seek to better myself and use my skills and personality and ability as a moderator to serve the community. I have been described in the past as a moldable piece of clay. I know I can do this and I want to do this; and know I can achieve that goal given the chance to do so

It is generally best to keep LOOC and moderation seperate, especially in the case of a player who's actions are in conflict with the rules. Note that administrative feedback sent to myself and Berry is the bottom line for whether or not applications go through, and your previous notes play a big part in this. Is it possible to reduce IPC heat exhaust? I understand some IPC's dont cool as well but its really not realistic for a IPC to melt or become majorly burned for wearing a jacket over a jumpsuit

Caused the medical mech to be destroyed, Reason for Appeal: Reason for Appeal: I decided to wait a few days before making this to give it some thought and to wait until I was in a better state of mind to make this. From when I joined I have enjoyed this community and the heavy roleplay atmosphere that it provides. As such, it has been my favorite server, and the only server I have played on for a while. At the time of the ban I was in a bad state of mind (Rather not disclose the reasons but if garn or upper staff wish to inquire they may PM me) and, to put it bluntly, selfishly trying to have fun myself which I understand is wrong. I'm not excusing my behavior. I should of understood that there is a limit to my personal fun. What I was doing which can be seen as borderline griefing. I'm not going to excuse myself as I have screwed up more than a few times. However, I have been on relatively good behavior lately and I am quite upset that I have ruined that trust I have established as well as the experience of other role players on at the time. I offer my sincerest apologies and would like to humbly ask that my ban be shorted. I do hope to use the remaining ban time to get my mind in the right place and return, hopefully, to the community with the intention of doing better.

I understand the issue but I dont really believe that a week ban is warrented for a infraction of the sorts for something like this.

I have played human on here and have played IPC on other servers and find it interesting. I however have become board with just playing a human and wish to expand into another character and seeing as IPC is the only other real race that interests me, I wish to play as this race. The thing I most like about the IPC is that how versitile and configurable they are, with multiple personalities and different ways of playing them it truly makes it fascinating race to play Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: Roleplaying as a non human is interesting and fun as well, we are humans. It is something we are used to. How we move, how we feel and how we sense things around us; and at times it becomes boring and feeling like im playing a version of myself instead of a well written out and thought out fantasy character in a space exploration universe. IPC's are a new way to play as well, they arent human. IPC's move in a way thats humans dont, feel in different ways then humans do and generally interact with other characters in fashions that would be different from a human character. While here; she was given minuscule tasks, such as cooking and cleaning and the such; simple tasks for for a machine such as her; however she aspired to do much more then be a over exaggerated floor cleaner Bot For the rest of her life. At this time; she again found herself replaced; with her new masters finding even newer models; she felt lost and as if she did not matter; a replaceable piece in the cog that is life. However; around this time; somebody saw this machine and thought more of it, more of it as a person and another being in the galexy; even if it lacked a heart or muscles, it was somebody, somebody who can if given the chance at a fresh start, could change the lifes of others. I like the idea of a character removed from culture, removed from norms that go with normal species. I grew up outside of the US in a now former communist country and now reside in the US and in a way, I can see the simularitys. Culture changes on the location and race of the person but we are free to adapt to cultures as we see fit, even if it means from a small balken country to the land of the free and capital of democracy in the world; I see abit of myself in this character, trying to fit in and wanting purpose How would you rate your role-playing ability?
