I don't remember if I was also being a shitter there, but my "pls forgive shittery from when I was 16, 8 years ago" unban request for the server was accepted. I'd like to be a part of the community not just on the server, but also more personally with the other players, and join the discord. Lemme know if there's anything else I can do.

Aurorastation was my first server, and when I started playing I was a gigantic shitter. Like, no lie I was 16 years old and wanted to show everyone how magnificently large my E-Peen was. Since then, I feel like I'm a lot more mature, with a better take on roleplay and what it means to involve others in what you're doing in places like this. I've been off and on with SS13 over the last few years, and I will admit I've tried to dodge once or twice now. It was wrong, shoulda just owned up to my shitter behavior, but here I am. I wanna make right by y'all, and have a nice place to chill and have some fun RP. Hope y'all have been well, have a good one.

Should I have included myself in the fight after I tried to sedate the vamp? No, I shouldn't have. I was wrong for that, and I get that after the fact. I wasn't thinking clearly, and I see that now. I was banned after a vampire hulked out in the medbay lobby, glared me, succ'd me a little bit, then started the royal rumble in medbay lobby. I'll give the play by play to the best of my memory, from my perspective. 1. Person comes into medbay lobby, where a few people are collected and chatting. 2. I'm on the ground, aggressive grabbed by a tajaran, neck grabbed, getting succ'd. I hit the enter key for calling for help pretty much in the same instant that the vamp started succing. In the logs it'll show after, but I promise it was pretty much the same moment. 3. tajaran let's me go for some reason. I think it got disarmed off of me. 4. Tajaran goes after the others, my friends included, but help is showing up 5. IPC, the detective I think (Not sure, but some rando ass guy in the medbay lobby), and myself are trying to get this guy off the paramedic. 6. Tajaran starts whipping our asses, but we get the upper hand 7. Help shows up 8. I try and stick in the fight before seeing that I'm useless. 9. I run to my chem lab, and make 6 units of chloral hydrate, run back, harm intent syringe the tajaran. 10. Tajaran, at this point is fighting 2 sec officers, the detective, the IPC, and like 4 randos from the surrounding area. 11. I, thinking it'll go down soon bc chloral, start hitting the tajaran. 12. fight continues for a while, I step out into the hallway looking for anything that can help. I find the fire extinguisher. 13. Go back in to help the others, because if I don't they're gonna die. 14. Tajaran steps into the hallway outside medbay, still tanking hits from like 4 people. 15. Tajaran goes horizontal for a moment. 16. Me and another sec officer close in, and start hitting it while it's down. 17. Captain yells to stop. I didn't see the first time (bc combat makes the chat move quick, can't really read and fight at the same time.) 18. captain says to stop again. Seeing it this time, I stop. 19. Tajaran is dead. Look, I get it. I'm a chemist, I shouldn't involve myself in combat in any regular scenario, but come one. This isn't a regular scenario. I was involved from the start. I, both as a player and as a character, panicked and let my "click till horizontal" instincts take over. I went with the group and did something I shouldn't have. I know that that ultimatum of "any more rulebreaking and you're done" says I should be banned for this, but please. I didn't mean to kill the vamp, and this wasn't malicious rule breaking. Since that ultimatum was given, I've been trying, I really have. The only thing I've really been in trouble for is some stuff as brenna wheeler with IC knowledge, that I understand now and don't intend to do again. This was a hectic scenario, this was a crazy ass thing going on, and I panicked. I enjoy playing on the server, I really do. Since that ultimatum was given, I feel like I've improved my RP and I think others can really attest to that. I'd like one last chance, please.

Having played a bunch of robotics recently, and it being the field of my second most played character, these changes are not necessary. If you've ever played roboticist, it's kinda boring unless you get to use those shiny tools up in the OR. Why would that room even be there if you didn't know how to use it? Should the roboticist be doing internal organ surgery? No, not at all. But should they be allowed to amputate limbs and remove someone's brain, absolutely. It's not gamebreaking, unbalanced, or even an issue. It'd make robotics tedious and remove the little agency that the roboticist has. -1

Brenna Wheeler and Natascha Succhoi have a great working relationship. I've enjoyed just about every minute of interacting with The Succ, and I'd love to see him get a special little item. You rock, keep it up.

Just got done playing a round of lowpop vamp with this guy as the AI. I was playing a vampire chemist, and the AI noticed fairly early into the round that I was up to something. That much is fine, but it then spent the entire round following me around, randomly bolting me in rooms, and having it's borg follow me around. I eventually had to dominate the roboticist into disabling the borg, and destroy cameras so the AI couldn't continue it's scrutiny. This is all fine. What isn't fine is the AI, without my knowing it, bolted the doors from departures and kept all those arriving from the odin in there, about three people IIRC, and then called the emergency shuttle. It told everyone that my character was a witch who was mind controlling people.... wtf. How the AI made this leap, with IC knowledge, that I was mind controlling people is completely unknown to me. Mostly because I did my mind controlling in places where it couldn't see me. Seeing the shuttle is being called me and my posse head out to departures where we find the AI has locked everything down at the security checkpoint. It then bolts us there on the surface level and starts venting air, which is a violation of it's laws but whatever. Overall it just felt really metagamey and validhuntey. It was a fun round for everyone I interacted with until the AI decided that we didn't get to have fun.

Honestly? I'd just like it to be recognized that what I did didn't break any rules at all. Still, what I said still stands, you have around 25 notes and 7 warnings, any more rulebreaking behavior will be a permaban. Sure thing. I'll take the unban.

You didn't look at the pictures I posted, didn't read anything said, and apparently don't remember any of the round. Had I remembered when posting this, I'd have taken a screenshot of a conversation between the captain and I. In this conversation, I called you a lunatic, threatened you, so on and so forth. That was your first warning. Why would you follow the guy you found in your office? Why would you follow the guy who threatened you earlier into the medbay, alone, without telling sec where you were or who you were with... Also, the reason you were thrown into a locker after I killed you was so I could go get Ward Sagan, who couldn't be found, and Eldred Shaner, who's brain I was gonna swap with yours. I, also, turned off your suit sensors while I was killing you so that the medbay computers and AI couldn't find your corpse, contrary to what you said of me turning them off while throwing you in there. I'm sorry if being killed and taken outta the round sucks, but it's the game we're playing. I wasn't doing it to just hur-durr kill the captain, though, to you it may have seemed so.

Reason for Appeal: There was interaction, it wasn't a gank, and I have proof of it here. So, let's go through the plan, and it's execution, step by step. First off, it's a revolutionary round. We all agreed that we were gonna make some stuff up about xenos attacking all the humanoids and attacking the odin and all that stuff. Great, good gimmick, should be fun. The loyalists then decide that they're gonna have all the xenos rounded up and sent to the mines. Great, good gimmick, gets everyone involved. I'm the head revolutionary, and I see that this is my time to bring everyone together for the cause of defending our xeno brothers and sisters. I recruit Eldred Shaner as my second in command, and some more people from the medbay to act as underlings, eventually getting them all into a meeting where we discuss what we're gonna do. Some things were discussed, and Olive Edwards / Eldred Shaner didn't really like what was decided. As the head revolutionary (My other guy cryo'd), I decided that I was gonna take it into my own hands with Eldred Shaner. Then, the power goes out, and I see my opportunity. I head to the captain's office, crowbar my way in, and lay down in the corner. A minute or two later, the cap, HoS, and a borg named cherish showed up, and found me. I had a plan, and was very close to executing it. I told him to wait up, so that I wouldn't be stuck there. I follow him out, and as we're passing the detective's office I meet up with Shaner who's for some reason in the detective's office. The cap lets her out, and I ask the cap to let us into the CMO office for some things in there. He follows us to the CMO office, where Shaner and I enact the last part of the plan. I inject him with 5 units of chloral hydrate, drag him into the closet right by the CMO office, and choke the captain to death. In the process of choking the captain to death, I get a bwoink. I offer to just send him the screenshots on discord. He says yes. I send them, without realizing that I accidentally sent them to Abo, who can confirm as much. He doesn't listen to what I said at all, but that's not the point of this thread. I put a lot of time, effort, planning, and resources into getting the captain alone and open to being killed, while keeping his body intact. I was told that I had no escalation after killing him, but if I hadn't been banned, I'd have transferred a rev brain into the captain's body, removed the implant, and gone about being a revolutionary. All in all, I don't believe that I broke any rules, and the people involved, The Captain, HoS, Cherish, and Eldred Shaner can confirm that it wasn't mindless killing. It was with a plan, it was clean, and it was effective.
