Yeah sorry I am really bad at writing backstorys so i'm happy to see that you throw some questions at me So where did Kenny get the brain? I know it's basic but he bought it of a trader from sol, saying he got it from the Metal dunes on mars with a bit of work Kenny got it working again Why they settled down in scrapheap? Kenny's medical bill is very expensive so they didn't have much choice where to settel down, they just got a cheap house in district 14. If district 14 don't work I can change it to 15 if that works better, but I wanted something from the wiki Kenny's personality is laidback and kind and he doesn't really care where you come from or what you do aslong as you are enjoyable. His outlook is you do you, but I can help you if you want. The people they where helping out where mainly nobody's just farmers needing some help And yeah thinking about it now selling whole IPC would be werid so like you said chassis and robots is what Kenny is selling I hope this is fine if you want more answers I will be happy to tell them. Why do you wish to play this specific race: I find that most IPCs in the game are really cool but most of them are Shells and try to be humans, So I want to try and be a G1 and try to challenge myself to be a bit more robotic. But not so robotic that I feel like i'm just a borg with hands. I find that the debte if a IPC is truly alive really cool and I want to try and futher that with my charecter. I also feel that my engineer charecter (David Treeby) is getting boring to play so I need a new engineer charecter, and because there are only a handfull of IPC in engineering I would like to add my character there. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: Well IPCs are robots built by humans to work for them, so a human can legally own a IPC. Because they are robots they don't feel pain or hunger, and only simulate emotions. Roleplay wise this means you can't be a 100% human, and you should always think before you act because they react on cause and effect. They also have a code they must follow always, this code can vary from IPC to IPC but one thing that is common is the code self-preservation, Basicly protect your life Character Name: RAT Please provide a short backstory for this character (Aproxomately two paragraphs) The year is 2451, and a man in the froniter is working diligently on a G1 industrial model IPC in his small ship. The heat from a nearby star is starting to get to him but he continue working on the IPC. This is going to be his life work, every other IPC and robot he has tried to make, has broken down from bad parts or just a misstake he made. He contects two wires and wait to see if the IPC wakes, after some secounds the IPC starts to whir and the IPC stands up and says ''Hello I am... I do not have a name, would you like to give me one?'' the man says ''Yes, you're RAT, I'm Kenny Qvist. And you will help me to run this bloody ship''. After he was created, RAT helped by maintaining the ship and giving the small engine power from solars. Kenny got better and better at bulding robots and started selling them to alot of people. Most people where really nice to it but there where a few that weren't, But all in all he saw that most people needed help from robots so he tried to help everyone he could, build a house, repair the hull of the ship and other small work. RAT felt that robots are needed in most of society to help humans and other races. 8 years after it was created RAT was working on reparing one of thrusters when it got in side he saw Kenny laying down on the floor not moving. RAT took the ship do the nearest doctor he knew. The doctor said to RAT that Kenny was suffering from Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease and he only had the medicine to stabilize him so he adviced that they try and make they way to Tau Ceti. They started to make there way to Tau Ceti, It took them 2 years to make there way to Tau Ceti. Kenny got medical help and they setteld down in Mendell city, The Scrapheap. With Kenny still suffering from CJD and it requiring power RAT stared looking for a job. It found one as an engineer on the Aurora What do you like about this character? I want to play RAT as basicly the iron gaint, big robotic but still friendly it won't fight atleast untill it's cornered and fighting is the only way out because. also RAT is ownd by Kenny How would you rate your role-playing ability? 6/10 I feel that I'm kinda meh at roleplaying but I think this will help me with becoming better at roleplaying Notes: Sorry if this is real bad but atleast I tried
