I know a lot about the generic parts of the game. Do you have any experience moderating for an SS13 server?:No Have you ever been banned, and if so, how long and why?:Never been banned Personality Why do you play SS13?:I play ss13 because it's an incredibly complex game with RP. There are so many good experiences I have from ss13 that could only have ever happen in this game. You can have played the game for months and only learn one department.It is also a good opportunity so experiment with your RP and have fun. Why do you play on Aurora?:I play on Aurora because I love the people that I play with and because of how seriously Aurora takes RP. A lot of the other ss13 servers don't enforce rp, especially heavy RP.Aurora is a gem though, everyone is passionate about RP yet still helpful. It's a nice balance. What do moderators do?:Moderators are mediators and helpers. They should be unbiased and willing to help. If a new player needs help they should be supportive and helpful. Moderators keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and alert players of mistakes in their character even they may not have noticed. They make sure no one is going to ruin it for others. What does it mean to be a moderator for our server?:Being a moderator for Aurora means I have a responsibility to the rest of the staff to work with them to solve issues and keep it all running smoothly. Aurora is one of the few servers that enforces heavy RP, an I will make sure to continue i that. Why do you want to be a moderator?:I want to be a moderator because I think I can improve Aurora and help the rest of the staff effectively. I have enjoyed playing here so much, and want to make sure others can enjoy it as much as I have. What qualities do you possess that would make you a good moderator?:I really try to think things out, see it from all perspectives, and hear all the sides before making a decision. I also enjoy dealing with people and I am often able to keep my nerves down in stressful situations. How well do you handle stress, anger, or insults?:I believe I handle those situations very well. I don't get stressed over ss13 very often, I also don't get angry often. I don't let insults get to me, and I try not to hold a grudge. Anything Else You Want to Add: I think being a moderator would be a good opportunity for me and I will always try to do my best and act in the best interest of everyone.

The blitzkrieg mod for the first one makes it absolutely amazing.

I've played a lot with him, and I fully believe he would play this role exceptionally.

Roleplay is about trying new things and having fun. I think that making it fun for everyone is one of the most important things. I value flaws in my characters just as much as I do good traits. What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?:To be able to help new players out with the game and make it fun. You need to point it out when people are making mistakes to make the round more fun for everyone. You are a head of staff, so you are expected to know a lot about SS13. What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: They should know what they are doing, and help others that ask in OOC. They are considered more knowledgeable. I will uphold this because I have experience, SS13, and love to make it better for others. He was adopted by a middle class family and treated well. In school he was always that guy who treated everyone too nicely. He always seemed to care. For example, he gave a friend his whole savings so they could pursue their dreams. Oscar went to Medical school so he could save lives and that's what he did. He studied hard and made good grades. After being a doctor for a short time, he though he could influence people in a bigger way. He wanted to be a leader, so he applied. This is where we have left off... What do you like about this character?:I like that he's a nice guy and really cares for people. He can be trusted to not leave you behind, and to do what is right. What do you dislike about this character?: He can be too good. Sometimes a little mischievousness goes a long way to help yourself, but he won't do that. What do you think makes this character fit to be a head of staff?:He knows what he's doing. Even if he doesn't, he will fake it. He makes sure everyone else is up on morale. Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions. How would you rate your own roleplaying?:I would give myself an 8.5 out of 10. I really try to get into my characters and develop them well. Extra notes: Oscar is a paramedic/doctor that I mostly only play during dead hour when there aren't 10 doctors, but I will play him waaaaay more if/when this gets accepted.

To help everyone and keep them from breaking rules. Most importantly though, whitelisted players need to give help with RP. RP is pretty much the key element and if you are doing it wronf, nobody has as much fun. What do you dislike about this character?: Sometimes, he cares too much. He is willing so sacrifice himself for the greater good, and that's not always a good thing. Do you think this character is fit to be a Head of Staff?: I do. Why?:He really wants to do well and help people. Even if it might be too much sometimes, he genuinely cares and wants to make people's lives better. Please provide well articulated and argumented answers to the following questions.
