TL;DR Frances was sarcastic. Tish was aggressive. Frances is mad his sarcasm was responded to with Hostility. No real punishment was handed out this is simply Frances not liking someones personality. Etc etc etc. Verdict: Everyone needs to grow the fuck up

It was just a bwoink. In my opinion you shouldn't have posted this unless he gave you a warning or something. People get bwoinked all the time for silly things, but unless he added that situation to your notes I see no reason for a complitant.
