Add cargo items to Mining module

As the name implies, I want the following items to be given to mining module bots or have a seperate module with following items;

 

• Destination Tagger
  
• Hand Labeler
  
• Pen (for forms involving minerals)
  
• EFPOST (you know what I mean) scanner (preset to cargo account)
  
• Package wrapper (cyborg has a supply of 5000 for 'wrapping synthesizer", 250-500 for each wrap)
  
• Automatic Gift Wrapper (click item, makes it wrapped, so no fiddling with wirecutters, see above for wrap costs)
  
• Money Gripper (Holds Credits and coins)
  
• EMAGGED; Stun arm
  

If I missed anything that is needed for delivering things, let me know.

This will allow the mining module also be able to send it's minerals efficiently, and if a separate module is made this bot will be a effective cargo bot.
