Character Feedback - Farson

I would like to know what people think of Alexander Farson, the psychiatrist, and what I can do to change him. Back when I started playing, I wasn't good at playing, and used to chase people around with sopo autoinjectors, but I swear he has changed, and I would like some feedback on how I could improve his character further,

When you're yelling for security to detain someone because they're supposed to be on a psychiatric hold, I would recommend using a more private channel than the public radio frequency. Maybe a PDA or requests console. It will make you seem much more professional and less like it's a personal grudge or anything.
