Why do you wish to play this specific race:

I wish to roplay as an IPC mostly to experiment with new roleplay styles on ss13, mostly from the (laggy) servers iv been on iv oly had the chase to play humans or the Unathi and from the experiances iv gained i can say that i feel that i am confident to take on the role of a logic based IPC who has a basic understanding of friendship and such.

Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human:

When i play a human character im more relaxed and such in my manorisms and problem solving path but when i take on the mindset and role of an IPC there is an immediate change, Emulating emotions as a basic Aiis difficult but there is a slight grasping of them so my IPC would have a calm demenour most of the time. Problem solving and making decisiouns would also take longer becuase as an IPC one must look for a logical approach that has a desired cuase and effect outcome. Also the face that IPC's arent known for their random emmotional outbusrts or childish behaviour.

Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2

paragraphs:The story for this IPC is a rather simple concept. M.A.A.G was originally a guard droid for a wealthy family on some nt colonised world in known space. But when said walthy fammily lost all their funds due too poor investments or corporate greed that is when M.A.A.G's old droid body was scrapped and Posatronic Brain acuired by the company to later be ut in an IPC frame and with it upgrades to some of his logic circuits and software to make him have the same baseline reasoning and intelect as the common ipc we now see today. M.A.A.G was then shipped off to the Aurora to help with station affairs and such and due to his skillset he is sometimes seen there as either an member of the security force, working in the R&D sector or basic mantinance of the station. He has a calm yet somewhat curious outlook on life now as most questions garner a basic responce but he has also been known to go in depth about his past and take a few moments to process anything new in his surroundings. He also likes playing old video games and reading books since that is what facinates him to a degree somewhat. But when push comes to shove he takes a serious tone and logical outlook on any problems that can cuase harm to the saftey of himself or the station crew weather its a traitor hiding onboard and calculating where it wil appear or fixing a malfunctoning mech that cargo just happned to break.

What do you like about this character?

The fact that he is a well rounded and curious fellow that is genually captivated by anything new he finds and the backstory that is presented. Hes a calm collected robot that can be rather open when in conversation and logily brutal when hunting down antagonists or just logically grumpy when doing mantinance of any sort.

How would you rate your role-playing ability?

I have been roleplaying since i was atleast 16 wether it be on Gmod or even on ss13 and similar games but as a22 year old i still admit i have allot to learn and getting the oppertunity to play an ipc will give me the valued experiance needed. And if the application is denied or postponed then so b it. I may be new to the server but im not new to roleplay.

Hi. Sorry for the wait, but Cake has been extremely busy lately and as a result I'll be handling this.

To me, it doesn't seem like much effort went into this application. There is very little beyond "This happened, that happened, they showed up at the Aurora" and it all rambles in a way that doesn't mesh together at all. There has been zero feedback, nor have I personally ever seen your characters myself. With all that said, you seem to be very new to this server in general. I'd personally give it some time before applying for a race whitelist. For now, though - this application will be denied.
