Add more evolution points to changeling

What the title says. Changelings start with 5 evolution points, and the majority of the more powerful abilities available are locked behind at least three or four kills (assuming you've spent your starting points). Being forced to kill three or four people for no other reason than what is needed to progress the round is ridiculous, and extremely, almost impossibly difficult if you aren't playing a job that calls for privacy with one other crew member. On top of that, the starting selection of abilities are few and, while powerful (see: armblade, silence sting), don't contribute creatively to anything no matter how you put it.


Raising the starting evolution points to no more than 10 is an easy fix to this, and more than 2 points from outright removing someone from the round would help in making death more impactful in changeling. 5, maybe?


edit: horror form should obviously be scaled with this, since horror form is a game ending and super powerful ability. It should be locked behind the same amount of kills it was before honestly.
