Add a wrench to the service borg. (Hydroponics)

When working hydroponics it is often useful to have one to move around the plant trays. I know most hydroponics characters usually grab one for this purpose at the start of every round. Service borgs have everything they need to work Hydroponics, including a crowbar for opening animal crates, but the wrench is absent. It could also be used to shuffle around vending machines in the kitchen/bar where they also work sometimes.
